Salt and Light Prayer Ministry exists to usher in the Kingdom of God, bringing people into increased freedom in Christ through deliverance prayers and healing ministry. We are committed to shifting atmospheres as ambassadors for Jesus by engaging in worship, discipleship, and prayer ministry, all aimed at manifesting God’s redemptive plan in people's lives. Jesus is our example, and the Holy Spirit is our guide. Our heart’s desire is to see broken hearts healed and captives set free, assisting those in need of inner healing to find release by connecting individuals with Jesus through discipleship and targeted prayer ministry. We aim to help everyone experience a personal encounter with the living God, who can restore their brokenness and liberate them as they meet with Him. As co-missioned ones, sent by Jesus, we aspire to serve others, guiding them to a place where they can learn to encounter God for themselves, thus empowering them to walk in ever-increasing freedom and victory.

These are just some of the ministries that have sown into my life and equipped me for this important work, including my journey through inner healing. It is my way of paying it forward and blessing those who have blessed me.

Resources for DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) and SRA (Satanic Ritual Abuse) often include deliverance prayers and guidance on inner healing through a dedicated healing ministry.
I came to Annette feeling despondent and overwhelmed by even the slightest conflict, often finding it hard to want to live. Through just two sessions, she guided me to the root cause of my struggles, led powerful deliverance prayers, and facilitated encounters with Jesus that brought true healing to my heart. I am truly changed! I am very thankful for Annette’s expertise in healing ministry and her sensitivity to the Spirit during our time together.
I have received prayer ministry a number of times from Annette. She helped me to identify the lies I believed about myself and replace them with the truth about my identity in Christ. With her support, I felt safe and secure, which facilitated my connection with the Lord. Annette operates effectively in the areas of healing ministry, inner healing, and deliverance prayers. Thanks to her guidance, I have experienced significant breakthroughs, and I unreservedly recommend her.
Do you remember when you prayed for my hearing loss and my chest congestion during those deliverance prayers? I want you to know that through the healing ministry, my ears were healed, I can hear better now, and my lungs were restored as well—my chest congestion is completely gone, thanks to that inner healing.
Prayer ministry is a gift of hope and healing for anyone seeking deliverance prayers and freedom from anything that hinders them from living out the destiny God has for them. Through my healing ministry with Annette, I have experienced the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit in my body. It’s the most comforting experience I’ve ever had. With Annette, I’ve addressed generational curses, iniquities, childhood traumas, lies, and other ungodly beliefs, while also facing my own sins and transgressions. I am now experiencing significant breakthrough in my relationships, business, and personal life. It’s incredible to feel the freedom that Jesus paid for. He truly is a good, good Father who desires this inner healing for everyone.
Two weeks have passed since you offered deliverance prayers for me in Germany, and I can genuinely say that I feel free. After our time of prayer together, it’s as if my eyes have been opened. I now feel safe and comfortable with myself; the destructive thoughts about me and those around me have faded away. If any lies do surface, I simply dismiss them. Previously, I really disliked crowds, but on Monday, following our prayer session, I visited a shop and it felt like stepping into a new world. It was somewhat amusing, and I was able to engage in meaningful conversations with people. Additionally, my skin has been a challenge since childhood, battling neurodermatitis as a child and suffering from acne since puberty. In recent years, it has been particularly troublesome on my face, but after your healing ministry and prayers, it has progressively cleared up day by day. When I saw the dermatologist, he confirmed that I no longer have acne and mentioned that maybe just a few scars would remain. My therapist noted that I act and look different, and I was excited to share my testimony about the inner healing I experienced. I even had a job interview! I hadn't worked in quite some time due to my anxiety, but now I feel confident about returning to work. I truly sense God’s presence in my everyday life, and I might even be open to the idea of getting married—something I never thought possible before, as I used to keep everyone at a distance. I am genuinely happy. God is so good.
Since meeting with Annette, my life has changed profoundly. Through deliverance prayers, I was freed from generational curses. I am now able to treat those around me with God's love and guidance. We also prayed together to break unrighteous relationship ties, which has helped me heal within. I have a better understanding of God's word and am able to engage in more meaningful prayer. Thank you for your support in this healing ministry and for helping me on my journey of inner healing.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things, as stated in Matthew 28:19, Deuteronomy 33:27, and Colossians 1:16.
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, who became flesh and dwelt among men. Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, the Lamb of God who is fully God and fully human. We affirm that Jesus died for the sin of the world, was buried, and rose again on the third day, conquering sin and death. He is now seated at the right hand of the Father in heaven (John 1:1-3,14; Matthew 1:23; John 1:36; Philippians 2:6-8; John 3:16; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; 2 Timothy 1:10; Ephesians 1:20).
We believe that man is separated from God due to his sinful nature and needs a Savior. Through faith, individuals accept Jesus Christ as Savior; He is the only Way to be reconciled to God. Each person who receives Jesus as Savior obtains eternal forgiveness of sins. Justification comes by faith alone, and the redeemed receive the Holy Spirit’s seal until the day of redemption (Romans 3:23; John 14:6; John 3:3, 3:36; Romans 3:24; Ephesians 2:6; John 10:28).
We believe the Holy Spirit is given to every believer, making them the temple of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the giver of spiritual gifts, our Advocate, helper, and teacher. He brings conviction leading to salvation and also to inner healing and sanctification. Every believer is called to work out their salvation, which, while secured by faith alone, involves the processes of confession, repentance, and healing ministry through spiritual healing and deliverance. This ongoing journey allows individuals to become more like Christ (Ephesians 1:13; 1 Corinthians 6:19; 2 Corinthians 3:17; 1 Corinthians 12; 1 Corinthians 14; John 14:16, 14:26; John 16:8; Philippians 2:12).
Additionally, as disciples of the triune God:
We believe that each born-again person is a child of God. According to Paul in Galatians, we become sons of God through faith when we accept Christ as our personal Savior. We are His children and heirs of the Kingdom. First Peter encourages us to grow in our salvation, while Paul calls us to maturity in our faith. It is God’s will that we be sanctified in spirit, soul, and body, a process that partners with God—one that we cannot do without Him, nor can He do without our cooperation (Mark 10:15; Galatians 3:26; 1 Corinthians 2:6; 14:20; Philippians 3:15; 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24).
We believe that healing and deliverance are integral to this journey of working out our salvation. Two thousand years ago, disciples were sent out to proclaim the gospel through healing every disease and sickness, driving out impure spirits, and even raising the dead. They were tasked with bringing the Good News of The Kingdom, even before “the Cross.” Today, believers are still co-missioned to do the work of the Kingdom, spreading the gospel that the Kingdom of God has drawn near (Matthew 10:1, 10:8; Matthew 28:20).
We hold that the first Adam handed authority to Satan by sinning against Almighty God. The Last Adam, Jesus, came to reclaim that authority. After His resurrection, Jesus declared that all authority in heaven and on earth had been given to Him, commissioning us to make disciples and teach obedience to His commands. This mission, continuing two thousand years later, calls us to bring The Kingdom of Heaven to earth, as Jesus taught us to pray: on earth as it is in heaven. We are called to live like Jesus and lead others toward that same divine path (Genesis 3:8; Matthew 28:18-20; 1 Corinthians 15:45; Matthew 6:10; 1 John 2:6).
Ultimately, we believe we are called to bring the Kingdom near, just as Jesus did—healing broken hearts, setting captives free, and releasing prisoners. This is essential to the discipleship process. We are assigned to disciple others, helping them to effectively work out their salvation and achieve freedom in and through Christ, allowing them to realize their God-given destinies. As we unite with Christ, we, like Jesus, are called to destroy the works of the devil (Luke 10:9; Matthew 28:18; John 14:20; John 17:23; 1 John 3:8b).
Annette, of Salt and Light Prayer Ministry, is a registered nurse who was drawn into the healing ministry, specifically focusing on healing, inner healing, and deliverance prayers, after experiencing a sovereign and supernatural healing of manic-depressive disorder with suicidal ideations, seasonal affective disorder, familial tremors, and chemosis (an eye condition involving swelling). This miraculous change occurred at the Voice of the Apostles conference in 2012, without anyone laying hands on her or any personal prayer ministry, marking a profound healing encounter with God.
In 2015, following three years of studying and deepening her understanding of this experience, she joined and completed Randy Clark’s online Christian Healing Certification Program (CHCP), which she highly recommends. While participating in this healing program, she traveled to Brazil and Ohio with Dr. Randy Clark and journeyed to India with Mission India. Annette has also visited Germany and other European locations alongside healing and deliverance minister Ken Fish. Additionally, she frequently embarks on ministry trips in New York City, New Jersey, and Washington with Ken, and collaborates with ConnectUp (a sozo style ministry) and Acts29Online.
In October 2018, Annette was ordained by Joan Hunter, founder of Joan Hunter Ministries, and in February 2022 by the Women in Ministry Network (affiliated with Patricia King). She is an active member of ISDM (International Society of Deliverance Ministers) and serves as a teaching assistant (TA) with ORBIS ministry school, which she highly recommends to anyone seeking to become equipped to perform ‘the stuff’ associated with healing and inner healing.
Annette is passionate and eager to witness broken hearts healed, captives set free, and prisoners released from bondage. Salt and Light aims to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to Earth as directed by Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20.
